Institutional development oversight paired with field-tested construction leadership.

Colin has practiced throughout the country across all major commercial asset classes, including residential, office, hospitality, mixed-use, life science, and public/institutional projects. His experience spans ownership, third-party fee development, and lender consulting.
In San Diego, Colin has consulted with businesses on restructuring and growth strategy, entitled and permitted projects of his own, assisted banks through foreclosures, and helped non-profits with site acquisition. He also served as Senior Vice President of Development and Construction for Dealy Development Inc., a third-party fee developer engaged by IQHQ REIT. In that role, he oversaw development and construction management of IQHQ's Research & Development District (RaDD) — a 2.4M SF, ground-up life science campus representing roughly $950M in construction value and $1.8B in total development costs.
He previously advised developers and institutional lenders at Sterling Project Development, the former owners of the New York Mets, working across New York City and Los Angeles. One of his premiere projects during this time was the Green Bay Packers' Titletown District, developed across from the historic Lambeau Field.
Colin serves as a part-time adjunct professor at the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business within the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate. He is also in the process of establishing a non-profit focused on providing technology access to underserved high school students in the Middle East.
