I'm Faraz Khan

I have started professional journey with Akaruilabs India Pvt Ltd, a small consultancy based in Lucknow. I was placed here during campus placement drive in Integral University in my final year of B.tech.

I have learned various technologies like React, React Native, Redux, Node JS here. I was very interested in designing digital products because of this I started learning product design like Sketch, Figma and InVision Studio.

I got three promotions here, I started and a software engineer and was promoted to senior software engineer and then to Frontend Team Lead before leaving this company.

In the last quarter of 2022, I came to the conclusion that my boss that is the owner of Akaruilabs didn’t want to continue working and wanted to shut down the company due to some of his health issues. So finally, I and two of my colleagues decided to create a venture of our own that became Codeavenue.

I started a consultancy company as an attempt at entrepreneurship with two other people in 2023 and have been working here as Director and Senior Frontend Developer.

I manage a small frontend team of two engineer for our client’s project and guided them to create good user experience as per the client’s requirements

After December I decided I should move to out of my comfort zone and to the next chapter as the kind of work was not challenging and I want learn more and do great stuff.
